Padami provides a platform for capturing and preserving memories through digital journals, AR photo frames, and interactive albums. You may use our Service only if you can form a binding contract with Padami, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
When you create an account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.
Our Service allows you to post content, including photos, videos, voice notes, and text ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to Padami.
By posting User Content, you grant Padami a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and using the Service.
Nothing in these Terms shall restrict other legal rights Padami may have to User Content, for example under other licenses. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or our policies.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Padami and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall Padami, nor its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
